Use the exact address you're signed into Dravox with
Dravox hashes your email address on your machine and checks that hash against your license. It never sends us the address itself. That means the address you subscribe with has to match, character for character, the one you're signed into Dravox with. A typo, a plus-alias, or different capitalization produces a different hash, and it won't match.

How to buy, for now

What we store
